Shipping and delivery

Every order is carefully packed by hand at Pigeon Loft Gallery in Hebden Bridge. All prices below are in GBP. Available delivery options and the delivery charge for your order are shown at checkout.

UK delivery

We send UK orders by tracked delivery. Our standard delivery rates are:

  • Orders up to 2kg: £5.95
  • Orders from 2–5kg: £9.95
  • Orders over 5kg: £14.95

We subsidise delivery on sculpture and ceramics, and every piece is packed with great care. For exceptionally large, heavy or fragile pieces, we will contact you with a separate delivery quote before dispatch.

Free collection is available from Pigeon Loft Gallery, South Bank, Hebden Bridge, HX7 6LU. Select pickup at checkout. Please wait until you receive your ‘Ready for collection’ email before visiting, and bring your order confirmation

EU delivery

For eligible EU destinations, our standard delivery rates are:

  • Standard international delivery for the lowest weight band: £16
  • Orders from 2–5kg: £45
  • Orders over 5kg: £75

Other international destinations

For eligible destinations outside the UK and EU, our standard delivery rates are:

  • Orders up to 2kg: £35
  • Orders from 2–5kg: £65
  • Orders over 5kg: £120

International delivery is available only where a delivery option is offered at checkout. The final delivery charge depends on your destination and order.

Dispatch and delivery times

Dispatch and delivery times vary depending on the item and destination. If you need an order by a particular date, please contact us before purchasing so we can advise on availability and estimated timings. For UK tracked orders, you will receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.

Customs and import charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or carrier handling charges. Please review any charges shown at checkout and check the import requirements for your destination. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering.

Delivery problems

If your order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can help. For damaged items, please include photos of the item and packaging. Returns and refunds are covered by our return and refund policy.
