Refund policy
Delivery
Every order is carefully packed by hand at the gallery and sent by tracked delivery within the UK.
- Standard tracked delivery (orders up to 2kg, including cards, prints and small gifts): £5.95
- Sculpture delivery up to 5kg (tracked, subsidised): £9.95
- Sculpture delivery over 5kg (tracked, subsidised): £14.95
We subsidise delivery on sculpture and ceramics, and every piece is packed with great care. For exceptionally large, heavy or fragile pieces, we'll get in touch with a separate delivery quote before sending.
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.
Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Just email us at hello@pigeonloftgallery.com and we'll reply with the return address.
- Please send the item back within 14 days of telling us you'd like to return it.
- Items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Please pack ceramics and artwork carefully.
- Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged. We recommend a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.
- We'll refund you, including the original standard delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the item back.
Damaged or faulty items
If anything arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email us as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage.
Items we can't accept back
Commissioned or personalised pieces made especially for you can't be returned for a change of mind. This doesn't affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Cancellations
Need to cancel before we've sent your order? Contact us as soon as possible. If it has already been dispatched, it will be handled as a return.
